Campus Hazing Transparency Report

The Campus Hazing Transparency Report summarizes the findings concerning any student organization found to be in violation of the UCF’s Organizational Code of Conduct related to hazing. The report includes:

• The name of the student organization.
• A general description of the violation that resulted in a finding of responsibility.
• The date the incident was alleged to have occurred.
• The date the investigation was initiated.
• The date the investigation ended with a finding.
• The date the university provided notice to the student organization of the finding.
